Overview
The Trion Air Boss M2500 is a self-contained air cleaner designed for the commercial market. It is typically wall or ceiling hung and will remove particulate matter and smoke.
Maintenance
Filter Maintenance
Changed according to the pressure across the filter. Please reference the maintenance section of the owner's manual.
Cabinet Maintenance
Remove all foreign debris and dirt from inside the cabinet. Check the blower wheel blades and clean if there is buildup. Inspect all wiring for loose connections and cracked insulation. Bearings on both blower and blower motor should be checked for sign of unusual wear. Rubber gaskets should be checked twice a year. Aging occurs due to ozone present in ambient air that eventually hardens the rubber and causes cracking and loss of seal.
