Have significant dust mite allergy, and asthma. Wanted a merv 13 but rep. stated would put more strain on blower and not worth increased cost of electric and wear on motor...so glad to have filters available in merv 11 which should give me 1-3 micron filtration. GREAT! I really like the foam strips x2 on the top and bottom of each filter to keep unfiltered air leakage to a minimum - which is why I will buy only brand name. Comparative filters not name brand are missing these seals, and the sizing isn't as true as Trion's filters.

Excellent experience, down to the carefulness with which the filters were packaged! They're working great, and I plan to continue buying from Trion Parts. A word to the wise, MANY sellers on Amazon claimed that their filters were genuine Trion Air Bear, but definitely were not. And, the suppliers in my town that did carry Trion Air Bear did not carry the merv 11. I am thrilled to have found a website that was able to deliver exactly what I was looking for!
