Trion CFS-15 ComfortSteam Unit W/O Humidistat unit. Also known as part 259942-001. This is a 34.5 GPD steam style humidifier. Compact size and superior features make it simple to install, operate and maintain. Resistive heating elements are enclosed in a quick release stainless steel tank which simplifies cleaning and does not require costly annual replacements. Mixes cold water with hot water for drain cycle to reduce drain water temperature. Has built in overflow protection sensor with automatic shutdown safety system. Automatically flushes water to self clean. Self drains at end of season. Made of metal not cheap plastic like the Honeywell True Steam. Has built in fault annunciation LED, on board diagnostics and operational display. This does include the built in air flow sensor and water hammer absorber but does NOT include a humidistat.

Annual maintenance on this unit consists of cleaning out the steam tank.
